It is similar to water and ice. The moment you put it in freezer it starts freezing and the moment you bring it out of the freezer it starts melting. Heart is just the same - you let it fall in love it falls and then when the love fades it falls further and gets hurt; the process keeps on repeating until you decide to put a stop to it; but that again is temporary.
